Freedom even in lockdown

In just over a week we will be starting the complex journey back to the UK. Before we sink our heads into route planning, finding places to stay, ensuring we have the required Covid-tests and somewhere to quarantine, we have had the opportunity to reflect on our stay here in Greece, and in particular, to ponder over our decision to stay here, rather than moving on or returning to the UK.

Over the last 14 weeks, whilst we have been in strict lockdown, we have found ourselves enjoying freedoms - of space, of lifestyle, of how we shape our days. However, like all of us, its easy to become trapped by certain aspects or experiences of life.

Whatever happens as we head back to the UK, we are certainly more malleable, and certainly more in tune with God.
